Walkout Basement near Creation Museum

Located less than 7 miles to the Creation Museum, 42 Miles to Ark Encounter, 15 miles to Skiing. This 1,500 Sqft. walkout basement with private entrance and patio in a nice neighborhood on flagged lot providing guest privacy. Well behaved pets welcomed. Hosts live on property should you need anything during your stay. You will be staying in the basement of our private home so you may hear footsteps and our dog. You are welcome to use the Association pools (Seasonal), tennis court, and walking trails.

It is a 1,500 Sq Foot basement of a three story home. This walk out basement has two rooms (one of which is a theater), a large sleeping area, a kitchen, a bathroom and an eating area. It opens up to a large backyard and has ample parking. Guests have access to the 1,500 square foot basement, basement patio, the back yard, parking area, seasonal community pool(s), walking trails, and tennis courts. Our family of five live in the second and third floor of the home and are available by email and text if assistance is needed or if something is not working correctly. The family primarily resides on the third floor of the home where all the rooms are so we can't hear much in the basement like when a family is playing a loud board game or watching a movie in the theater with the surround sound. So the guests can be pretty loud in the basement.

Nice family friendly and safe neighborhood that has 2 community pools (Seasonal), a tennis court, basketball court, walking/nature trails and a small playground. Most of these are within walking distance.

If you are planning to visit the Creation Museum and Ark during your stay:

1. Please check hours of operation. They do have winter days and hours.

2. You may want to consider booking 3 nights instead of 2. Most of our guests that stay only 2 nights say they wish they would have booked 3 nights so they didn’t have to rush through it and could enjoy it more leisurely.

Well behaved pets are allowed please let us know when booking. The following fees are for 1 pet:

1-5 Nights: $50

6-14 Nights: $75

15-28 Nights: $100

29+ Nights: $200

Any additional pets will be $25 per pet.
